1 Place your fingers at the side of your eyes.
2 Close your eyes.
3 Make small circles with your fingers around your temples.
4 Draw circles gently around your eyes.
5 Put two of your fingers at the top of your nose.
6 Run them down your nose then separate them.
7 Resume drawing circles.
8 Put your finger on your earlobe and squeeze them, going around in circles.
9 Gently stroke your neck.
Tips
Be gentle.
You could use oil or lotion.
If you get oil in your eyes, rinse immediately with warm water.
